Approach

Through an extended collaboration, we collect in parallel and upon request all data on your centrifugal pumps and their performance under various geometric and process-related boundary conditions. By combining this with a parametric geometrical description of your centrifugal pumps, new possibilities arise. On this basis, we can train artificial intelligence to automatically optimize the most energy-efficient pump while also maintaining other target metrics. You only need to provide the typical geometric boundary conditions in the form of minimum and maximum values, as well as the desired target metrics. The artificial intelligence handles the rest through targeted variations and simulations. As a result, you receive the optimal centrifugal pump that meets your target metrics and is energy-efficient.

The data produced by artificial intelligence with your simulation hours remains with you. This makes it possible to develop predictive systems, which can be used in sales or on the homepage for decision-making on the right pump type or for live predictions of IoT functions.
