Resource-Efficient Design of Blow Molding Tools - Automated Flow Simulation with Digital Twins at KUTENO
Our colleague Dr.-Ing. Marius Dörner, together with Felix Schulte from BBM Maschinenbau und Vertriebs GmbH, is giving a presentation on the topic "Resource-Efficient Design of Blow Molding Tools - Automated Flow Simulation with Digital Twins" live on-site at KUTENO, which is a significant trade fair for plastics technology. The fair provides a platform to showcase current developments, innovative solutions, and trends in the industry. Our company is proud to be part of this event and to present our expertise in resource-efficient design of blow molding tools. In the presentation, Dr.-Ing. Marius Dörner and Felix Schulte will explain how our machines operate resource-efficiently. Through the integration of our StrömungsRaum® technology and the development of a predictive artificial intelligence, we have found a solution to tackle the challenges in such tasks.
The resource-efficient design of blow molding tools is of great importance, as it not only contributes to cost reduction but also leads to a more sustainable production. Using our digital twins, we can automatically perform flow simulations and identify optimization potentials. This enables us to improve the design of blow molding tools and optimize resource usage.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to KUTENO Kunststofftechnik Nord for allowing us to be part of this event. It is a great opportunity to present our research and development in the area of resource-efficient design of blow molding tools to a wider audience.
Don't miss the opportunity to hear our presentation at KUTENO and learn more about automated flow simulation with digital twins and the resource-efficient design of blow molding tools. We look forward to meeting you there and shaping the future of plastics technology together.
"We save a significant amount of laboratory work, which is tedious, time-consuming, and requires a lot of personnel. It is so user-friendly that even non-engineers can operate the StrömungsRaum®."
"The integration of automation into our simulation processes, facilitated by the expertise of IANUS, has brought significant advantages for both us and our clients."
"Through the partner package, we can quickly implement spontaneous simulations of spiral manifolds. We only send the tool geometry and the process point, the rest is handled by IANUS itself. This saves us valuable resources."
